Shipping policy

Order processing
Due to high order volume, orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days after the order is placed.

Estimated delivery time
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local traffic or courier conditions. In general, delivery takes approximately 10–15 days after shipment begins.

Please note that online tracking information may take approximately 48–72 hours to update after the order has been shipped.

Shipping delays
JeffreyX is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, delays caused by carriers, local delivery issues, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

The customer is solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase.

JeffreyX is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by customs regulations, inspections, or clearance procedures in the destination country.

Customs, duties, and import responsibility
Customers are responsible for checking with their local customs office regarding import rules and requirements before placing an order.

The customer is solely responsible for complying with all import-related laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

  • import restrictions

  • prohibited items

  • taxes

  • duties

  • customs fees

  • other related charges

If a shipment is refused, delayed, held, destroyed, or discarded by customs due to unauthorized ingredients, contents, or import restrictions, JeffreyX shall not be liable for any resulting losses, damages, or expenses.

The customer is fully responsible for all taxes, duties, surcharges, fees, and any other costs associated with importing the ordered products.

If a shipment is destroyed, discarded, or otherwise not released by customs, no refund or store credit will be issued.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Policy updates
The shipping policy in effect at the time of your order will apply to your purchase.

However, we reserve the right to update or modify this policy where required by law, government authority, or operational necessity. If required by law or government authority, such changes may also apply to previously placed orders. We may also notify customers of policy changes before issuing an invoice or fulfilling an order.
